3 Reviews on “SoHo”
Our Upper East Side store was one of our first locations, and while the rents are high and the buildings are old, it’s been worth the investment. The store required a lot of initial and ongoing work, but the foot traffic and revenue have been higher than we expected. Being on a corner spot definitely helps too—great visibility and constant flow of customers!
One of the few places the rents are justified. Pick a side street for a steep dropoff in rent, but not as quite a dropoff in foot traffic.
Our location in Soho was one of our first locations and highly profitable. Although rents are high, the revenue offsets those higher costs not to mention the awareness and traffic it drives for the brand.
