    Huge volumes coming out of here…but it’s still a suburban mall, and the rents are priced in line with the high *overall* spend. Generally a fan of the mall, but if you’re not in a super visible/easily accessible spot, you’ll get lost in the sheer size. Opened a store in a less desirable wing and the rents were still expensive. Did okay, but wasn’t worth it in retrospect. Maybe if we were main level…
