It’s a comprehensive platform meticulously crafted to serve as the definitive guide to shopping destinations — while crowd-sourcing the intel that actually matters: your peers’ knowledge. We’ve curated a vast array of centers and neighborhoods, providing detailed profiles and valuable insights.
But what truly sets 1REC’s Directory apart is the voice of our community. With user-generated ratings and reviews on essential aspects like cleanliness, foot traffic, and overall ambiance, you get a holistic view of each destination.
For BRANDS, gather critical insights across quantifiable metrics like estimated rent ranges, occupancy rates, and rent-to-sales ratios; “know you before you go” information such as permit timelines and preferred internet service providers (ISPs); crowd-sourced ratings and reviews on important things like safety and cleanliness; and find the relevant vendors you’ll need to open a store in a given area.
For BROKERS, 1REC’s Directory offers a gateway to potential leads with brands, landlords or vendors — show your market expertise by dropping your knowledge in a destination page’s comments! While we’re not a listings website (yet), you’re more than welcome to drop links to your website as a comment in a destination page. For LANDLORDS, see what your current tenants are saying about you, and reach out to them directly! Claiming your listing will enable you to message users directly to resolve problems and show prospects that you care. You can also curate your profile with higher quality photos, or upload documents like leasing plans.
