    Anyone know how successful / profitable brands are here? Bleecker St sounds like the move but it’s expensive.

    Hudson Street for bars and food, Bleecker St for shopping. That said, there’s high turnover on the latter. Rents are still pretty high, and while there are locals and some tourists, it doesn’t seem to be paying the rents. Leap retail has a lot of the leases here, and offer flexible retail-as-a-service subleases that could be worth expliring.
